Terms & Conditions.

  • The incentive scheme is only for retailers segment.
  • Only the orders that are marked as ‘completed & delivered successfully within the scheme period listed above in the table will be considered.
  • The tax invoice details of the orders should be shared with us maximum by 2nd of every month by the respective CP for TDS compliance.
  • Orders whose invoice details are not shared with us or shared late will not be considered in the scheme.
  • SmartShop Online Rewards incentive scheme is applicable on ESP's range of products available on SmartShop eCommerce portal and purchased (invoiced) only from respective branch authorised channel partners during the scheme period.
  • This offer is available at select serviceable pin codes only and only for retailers with proper and complete registration.
  • Scheme will be calculated based on the invoicing (without GST) for products listed on the eCommerce website during the scheme period provided all payments are cleared as per the agreed terms with channel partners.
  • Retailer may have to provide GST return & copy of invoices raised by channel partners if required by the Organisation.
  • Gifts for qualifying retailers will be made available after the rolling scheme closure provided all documents are cleared as per the agreed terms with channel partners.
  • The purchase from SmartShop by the retailers should be done for selling mainly to end-users.
  • Retailers are responsible for providing correct personal details, including complete postal address, pin-code, mobile number, GST Number, and PAN Number in Smartshop account. Gift cards will be shipped on this address.
  • In case of online gift cards, the incentive will be disbursed on the email id registered on SmartShop. We will not be able to share the incentive on any other mail id. (in case any retailer wishes, they can send us an email to amend the mail id associated with his/her SmartShop account)
  • Any special price order / project order, invoiced during scheme period, will not be considered for scheme.
  • Gifts in the scheme leaflet are indicative and are for representative purpose only. The company reserves all rights to change the gift to equivalent value items and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • No claim shall be entertained by the Organisation for any loss or shortage, non-delivery/pilferage, etc. of the gift item consignment unless a written claim is logged within 3 days from the date of delivery of such gift items.
  • Organisation reserves the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/or vary any of all these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or withdraw it altogether.
  • Those dealing with any malpractices will be disqualified from any further schemes.
